Ana Maria Recart - CEO
With experience of more than 15 years in corporate law, Mrs. Recart is responsible for managing the company's overall business, involving the integrated operations of development, asset, capital management and the legal department of GWI Real Estate. Previously, Mrs. Recart worked in Brazil and abroad for large companies, such as SulAmérica, where she was the Superintendent of Corporate Governance, Credit Agricole, in Switzerland, as trust officer and in the private banking area, and the law firm Trench, Rossi e Watanabe (Baker & McKenzie) practicing law in the fields of Banking, Finance and Global Trade. Graduated in law from University of São Paulo, with LLM from American University, Washington College of Law, USA, and MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
Karen Guimarães - Legal
Karen has extensive experience in civil law, and is responsible for the legal department at GWI. Karen graduated in Law from the University of Sâo Paulo, specializing in contractual rights, and is currently pursuing an MBA degree in corporate law. Prior to joining the company, she worked in Cosan Indústria e Comércio and WZ Advogados Associados.
